I'm Xavi Peña, a Data Analyst with 15+ years of experience in IT and data. I've worked on software development projects for major banking and insurance clients at NTT Data, and over the last four years I've specialized in Business Intelligence and data analytics at Vueling Airlines.
I'm currently transitioning into Analytics Engineering and Data & AI Engineering roles, combining my BI background with hands-on learning in Python, Microsoft Fabric and AI agent systems. I live on the Costa Brava and collaborate with companies in Barcelona and Girona.
